Jimmy Fee, Class of 1970, a native of the Olney Section of Philadelphia, passed away at his home in Harrisburg at age 63. Jimmy was recovering from two strokes taken in late 2009, just as he was retiring after 33 years of service to the State of Pennsylvania. Most recently a business systems analyst, Jimmy also worked in Social Services for the Commonwealth for years. At Belknap, Jimmy played on the Basketball and Golf Teams. He was a very good athlete despite his stocky 5’10” frame. He had a hilarious sense of humor which he never lost. Jim was also a great friend to the special group of guys he grew up with in Olney. I had the opportunity to share a house in NE Philadelphia with him from 1974-76 and my time there was a joy. Jimmy was a fanatical Flyers fan and also followed the Phillies and Eagles. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.
