I dropped out of Lyndon State in 1974, after the Meteorology Department moved there from Belknap. In Feb 75, I went into the Air Force as an enlisted Weather Observer. In Oct 75, I married Maryann (Micki) Pawl.
In the years since, I was selected to go back to college (St. Louis University, St. Louis, MO) for a BS and MS in Meterology. I was commissioned on 01 APR 80 (Yes, April Fool’s Day!). I retired from the Air Force in 1994. Micki and I returned to NJ, settling just outside of McGuire AFB.
I now work as a computer technician for the Paulsboro NJ school district, and Micki works as a Learning Disabilites Teaching Consultant for the Willingboro NJ school district.
